Ventec-USA, a leading provider of high quality copper clad laminates and prepreg bonding materials, is delighted to announce the appointment Doug McBride as a Technical Support Specialist for Ventec laminates and prepregs in Texas.
With more than 30 years' professional experience in printed circuit board design, development and optimization for manufacturability and reliability, Doug will provide expert technical and engineering support to Ventec's OEM customers.
Having graduated from the University of Texas with a BSEE degree in Telecommunications and System Design, Doug progressed through a series of senior executive positions in the design and manufacture of microwave systems for defense applications and high-end printed circuit boards for aerospace, military communications, telecommunications, system control, guidance system and automotive sectors, focusing on process improvement, manufacturing efficiency and QMS optimization. He is a highly-regarded technical consultant and a certified IPC Specialist.
